Montenegro Branch of the Skadar Lake Forum: Utilizing Climate Canvas to Assess Climate Change Issues at the Project Level

Skadar Lake Forum is an NGO working on biodiversity conservation and sustainable development of Skadar Lake; a transboundary area shared between Montenegro and Albania. The Forum is composed of Montenegrin and Albanian Branches.

In recent years, all projects are required to include climate change considerations, from the early planning stage to implementation. Climate change and associated risks and impacts are identified and considered as early as the desk review and assessment phase.
